This internship project focuses on innovative microalgal biotechnology and integrated biorefinery strategies aimed at advancing circular economy principles and achieving net-zero carbon goals. Interns will engage in interdisciplinary research involving microalgae cultivation, CO₂ capture, wastewater valorization, and the production of green biofuels and biohydrogen. Participants will gain hands-on experience in bioprocess design, experimental techniques, data analysis, and sustainability assessment (e.g., energy efficiency, carbon footprint). The project is designed to provide both fundamental research training and exposure to real-world applications in renewable energy and environmental biotechnology. Minimum internship duration of 3 months is required.
