This program centers on self-powered biomedical sensing and smart material applications, and invites outstanding and promising international students to participate in short-term research training at the laboratory of Prof. Zong-Hong Lin (Smart Biomaterials and Bioelectronics Lab), Department of Biomedical Engineering, National Taiwan University. The objective of this program is to provide interdisciplinary, hands-on training that enables participants to gain insight into Taiwan’s research strengths in nanomaterials, biomedical sensing, and regenerative medicine. It also aims to cultivate their interest in precision health and smart healthcare research, thereby encouraging future academic pursuits or long-term collaborations. The program is scheduled from January to December 2026, with each visiting student participating for approximately six months. The training and coursework will include: 1. Fabrication and experimental studies of self-powered sensors and energy harvesting devices 2. Operation of biomedical chip systems 3. Fundamental training in biomedical signal acquisition and AI-based data analysis 4. Research presentations and discussion sessions
