The research in our lab mainly focuses on the effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides, probiotics, and postbiotics on progression and remission of ulcerative colitis or dyslipidemia using cell and/or animal models, we are also interested in the evaluation of functional foods on chronic disease using animal or human study. We also participate the research of the association between dietary patterns and chronic diseases using big data analysis. Scholarships: TEEP students will be provided 16,000 NTD per month, and should follow the TEEP program for at least 3 months.
