Topic: Isolation and Characterization of Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) from Fermented Foods Research Focus: Our lab is currently studying EVs in fermented food matrices. Interns will participate in: 1. Establishing and optimizing EV isolation protocols. 2. Analyzing the role of EVs in host-microbe interactions. 3. Exploring the bioactivity of fermented food by-products. Program Details: Duration: Minimum of 2 months (Flexible start dates). Scholarship: A monthly stipend of NTD 15,000. Accommodation: University housing/dormitories are available upon application. Expenses: Please note that daily living expenses (meals, local transport, etc.) are to be covered by the student. Applicant Requirements: 1. Undergraduate or Master’s students. 2. Must have a basic understanding of Microbiology or Food Science. 3. Proficiency in English (for communication and lab reports).
