This project aims to assess earthquake and geological hazard potential in Southeast Asia by integrating geodetic observations and geological modeling to improve the understanding of regional tectonic processes and associated disaster risks. Through international academic collaboration and technical exchange, the program seeks to strengthen research capacity and foster regional cooperation in disaster mitigation. The project is designed as a research oriented training program with a duration of approximately two to six months, during which participants will engage in GNSS and InSAR data analysis as well as the construction and interpretation of geological and deformation models based on selected case studies. Financial support is available through the TEEP scholarship program in accordance with applicable regulations, while accommodation arrangements are to be made independently by the participants. The program is primarily intended for students with backgrounds in Earth sciences, geodesy, geophysics, or related fields, and participants are expected to have sufficient English proficiency to engage in technical discussions and research activities.
