The plan aims to recruit students from the New Southward Policy target countries to conduct research related to vaccines and rapid diagnostic test kits. The primary goal is to recruit students from universities with which we already have experience in cooperation or from newly joining institutions, with the expectation of further collaboration in jointly proposing other projects or establishing bilateral cooperation with universities. Student recruitment will begin in February 2026 for a six-month laboratory research program. The project will be conducted through bilateral cooperation, involving joint research with faculty members from the partner institutions. The internship program is designed to guide students from basic vaccine concepts to hands-on experimental operations. Since our institute offers English-taught courses in Vaccinology and Immunology, incoming students will also have the opportunity to audit these classes, allowing them to balance theoretical learning with practical experience.
