1. Aim: The aim of this proposal is to invite the international internship students from foreign university to join our research lab to conduct cutting-edge research in the field of phosphor, semiconductor materials, and Li-ion batteries, with a specific focus on the preparation of wide band gap materials and electrodes. This internship will not only contribute to advancing our knowledge in these critical areas but also promote novel solutions for energy and semiconductor based industries.
2. Benefits: Research Advancement: Since the research on wide gap materials, and Li-ion batteries has tremendous attention in recent years, we can understand the importance of these fields. However, there are several issues related with these two technologies that can be solved for more improvement in their performance. Therefore, the intern will work on innovative projects related to phosphor materials, abrasives for wafer polishing, and Li-ion batteries, contributing to the development of energy-efficient technologies. Cultural Exchange: Hosting an international intern will foster cultural exchange, enhancing global perspectives among our lab members. Industrial Contribution: Research on semiconductor material development aligns with safe and efficient technique, demonstrating our commitment to industrial progress.
3. Collaboration Target: We propose to collaborate with many foreign national universities in India to select a highly motivated and academically accomplished student from their institution for a 6-month internship program. This partnership will facilitate knowledge exchange and strengthen international relationships in the field of material science and sustainable energy solutions.
4. Execution: The internship program will encompass the following elements: Research Projects: The intern will work on projects related to phosphor materials, CMP abrasive, and Li-ion batteries, focusing on the development of electrode materials. They will conduct experiments, analyse data, and contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions.
