This project aims to develop a high-efficiency production platform for human fibroblast growth factor (FGF) using rice suspension-cultured cells. FGF is widely used in tissue regeneration and the medical industry, but its high production cost limits large-scale applications. To address this, the team will use an improved CRISPR/Cas9 gene-editing system to precisely insert the FGF gene into an endogenous promoter site in rice cells, enabling stable and efficient recombinant protein expression. Applicants with a background in biology or biotechnology are preferred. A minimum participation of two months is required. A monthly scholarship of NTD 10,000–15,000 will be provided
