The recruitment plan primarily targets university graduates and current master's students. The main source countries for participants include Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and Hong Kong.
The program is designed around four key focus areas:
1. Sustainable Green Energy and Renewable Energy
2. Circular Economy and ISO Certification
3. United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
4. Climate Action to Combat Climate Change
The program will focus on the following industries:
● Green energy and renewable energy, one of Taiwan’s six core strategic industries.
● "Green Energy Technology" and "Circular Economy" initiatives under Taiwan’s 5+2 Industrial Innovation Plan.
