This program is offered in collaboration with Enlightment Biotech, a company with extensive expertise in applying artificial intelligence to drug development. It provides students with cutting-edge knowledge and hands-on experience at the intersection of AI and pharmaceutical research. We seek to recruit master’s or Ph.D. students with a background in biological sciences or computational fields. The internship is structured into two phases. In the first phase, students will develop a fundamental understanding of AI and machine learning, covering key concepts, data preprocessing, model training, and predictive analytics. The second phase will focus on real-world applications, where students will participate in industry-driven projects to develop and optimize AI-based drug screening platforms. To support their research, the program covers research supply expenses and provides a scholarship of up to NT$20,000 per month. Participating students are required to complete a 3~4 month training program, during which they will gain essential knowledge and practical skills in AI-driven drug discovery. Students will be responsible for their own accommodation and living expenses.
