Enjoy your stay in National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan. We will provide you the scholarship of NT$12000~15000/month (US$360~450/month), which could be used to cover the administrative fee and dormitory fee. The living expense is NT$6000/month (US$180/month), which could also be covered by the scholarship.

The stay in Taiwan is at least 2 months and up to 6 months, which can be discussed and arranged. The English proficiency and writing is required. The major role during your stay is to study the amorphous carbon toward development of supercapacitor. Electrochemical methods will be used in the study. Senior students will assist you during study. If you have some experience on supercapacitor study, you are encouraged to apply. Candidates major in Physics, Chemistry, and Materials Science are preferred. If you want to travel in Taiwan during your stay, you might meet local people who speak Chinese. You can still speak English and ask someone who speak English for help.
