Driven by the energy crisis and increasingly stringent environmental standards, the transition from traditional fossil fuels to sustainable and renewable energy sources has become more urgent. Triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs), as self-powered devices capable of converting mechanical energy into electrical energy, have emerged as a promising technology. This project aims to develop advanced materials to enhance the efficiency and applications of TENGs. Through this TEEP program, exchange students will be guided in learning the fabrication processes of TENGs, the operation of testing instruments, and the application of basic document processing software in our laboratory. Additionally, we anticipate that the participation of exchange students will significantly deepen our laboratory’s knowledge in the field of optoelectronics and broaden its international perspective, thereby facilitating academic publications and industry-academia collaborative research. Furthermore, through these exchange activities, we hope to enhance Taiwanese students’ English-speaking abilities, making them more fluent in communication.
