The Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at Tatung University has been implementing the TEEP program for many years. The on-site research program has been carried out in our department from 2018 to 2024, with a total of 14 participants. Among them, one participated twice, and another enrolled in our graduate program in 2023. To further enhance this meaningful initiative, promote academic exchange, and cultivate more international talent, we plan to continue the on-site research program.

This time, several professors will be invited to participate, with research areas including fuel cell catalyst development, photovoltaic materials for energy applications, and protein-based biomedical materials. We sincerely invite two Indonesian students to join our university for a three-month research stay, allowing them to choose a field of interest and collaborate on research, fostering deeper bilateral exchange. Students will be able to participate in our seminar courses or other courses taught entirely in English.

The program is scheduled to run from September 1 to November 30. Applicants should be undergraduate students in chemical engineering or related fields, preferably in their third year or above.

During their stay in Taiwan, students will receive a monthly scholarship of 12,000 NTD.

Accommodation fees will be subsidized by the university dormitory, but students will be responsible for management fee less than 1,000 NTD.
