Brief Introduction: This research internship focuses on natural product chemistry, covering key areas such as natural product extraction, isolation, purification, and structural identification. Interns will gain hands-on experience with advanced techniques, including column chromatography (TLC, MPLC, HPLC) and structural identification methods (NMR, UV, IR, optical rotation).

The program aims to provide practical laboratory training for students with backgrounds in pharmacy, natural product chemistry, or chemistry.

Scholarship and Costs: Scholarship Amount: NTD 12,000 – 15,000 per month; Other costs covered by applicants.

Accommodation Arrangements: Paid and arranged by applicants. The PI may assist with arrangements depending on the situation.

Educational Background: Open to master’s, and PhD students from foreign institutions.

Preferred Majors: Pharmacy, Natural Product Chemistry, Chemistry.

Participation Requirements: Experience with column chromatography (TLC, MPLC, HPLC) and structural identification techniques (NMR, UV, IR, optical rotation).

Candidates with pharmacy backgrounds and experience in data analysis or programming are also encouraged to apply.
